Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) may help reduce redness, promote water weight loss and lessen the appearance of wrinkles on the face and neck. Jenny is certified in the Vodder method, which gently stretches the skin in a circular motion to stimulate the movement of lymph, helping to rid the body of cellular waste and inflammation and to help boost immunity. Manual Lymphatic Drainage is good for all ages and may help with a variety of conditions such as Allergies, Eczema, Edema, Rosacea, Anxiety and Bell's Palsy, among other conditions.
